Allow for display of empty sections

One section we have on our menus is for deserts. As the deserts change all the time the description for this section just reads.

Deserts We offer a selection of deserts from our deserts board.

This pull adds an option in the settings to include empty sections (sections with zero items) It will default to False i.e. previous behavior

@strarsis I'm still waiting on the requested changes for this PR. But if they aren't done by the next plugin release, I'll make them myself and include this in the release.

I no longer use the plugin Please feel free to use the idea and make any changes directly to the code
