I just updated to High Sierra and `terminal-notifier` has stopped working for me in exactly the same way. I'll add that the exit status is 0. I'm running `terminal-notifier` 2.0.0....
It looks like it wasn't just `terminal-notifier` that was broken - I discovered that several other programs also couldn't send notifications. After a reboot, everything seems to be working again....
Formally, fixing security vulnerabilities is just a subset of fixing bugs. The idealistic thing is to make them a subset somehow. Pragmatically, I prefer having it in its own section...
I should have stated my assumption that projects using a "tooling" section should remove that section before publishing their changelogs and release notes, as it's only relevant for developers. I...

@Apostolique [Refactoring.com defines "refactoring"](https://www.refactoring.com) as > a disciplined technique for restructuring an existing body of code, altering its internal structure without changing its external behavior. I see the "Improved" suggestion...
I'd use this if `web-mode` supports it. I prefer to format my HTML with the first attribute immediately following the tag name, and others wrapped / indented to match: ```html...
