Updated HTML report to display log type and color codes

Our team is using a rule file that distinguishes errors and warnings via the logType property. We've updated the html template so that the log type is include in the report and color coding is different between an error versus a warning. This helps use review the HTML report and identify high severity issues (errors) versus warnings. Thank you.
