Option to disable Feedback page

It would be nice to be able to hide the "Feedback" page by a configuration option in the configuration file (i.e. config.inc).

Thanks for the suggestion. Since this is not something we don't really need for Finto.fi and other sites we run, it would be best if someone interested in this contributed a PR.
