This is a general checklist for headers and footers for every Skosmos page type

• [ ] 1 The layout follows the visual spec
  • [ ] 1.1 The margins should make sense for horizontal layout and spacing
  • [ ] 1.2 The margins should try to make sense for vertical alingment of text across the elements
  • [ ] 1.3 Nav-bar icon spacing should be fixed
  • [ ] 1.4 Correct focus and hover effects (what should these be?)
• [ ] 2 top bar tooltips
• [ ] 3 Change URL construction (see #1565)
• [ ] 4 Accessibility
  • [ ] 4.1 Screen reader compatibility
  • [ ] 4.2 Can be operated using a keyboard
  • [ ] 4.3 Others?
• [ ] Customizable service logo
