Looking for a new collaboration tool for Skosmos UI localization

Description of the enhancement

We have been using transifex for good ten years without paying much attention to available alternatives. After a quick look at web-based translation tools, there seems to be at least:

• pontoon.mozilla.org
• weblate.org
• crowdin.com

All of them are more or less available for free for open source projects.

Who are the users that would benefit from the enhancement and how?

We would benefit from having a translation management tool that keeps different languages in sync with the translation template.

What new functionalities would the enhancement make possible?

Git integration would be nice to have in order to streamline the deployment of new translations for each Skosmos release.

Why is the enhancement important?

Now is the prefect time to look for a new tool, since the new 3.0 UI development work will put the usability of our chosen translation management tool to test.
