UI language resets partially to a wrong language when switching to a new content language

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Change the UI language into Finnish, and you will see the title row inte upper left changed into "HERO - Heraldiikan ontologia"
2. Change the UI language into English, and you will see the title row inte upper left changed into "HERO - Ontology of Heraldry"
3. Change the content language into Italian, and you will see that:

• The content is in Italian
• The headers of the concept information area are in English
• But the title row is in Finnish

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The title row is chosen after the UI language. It should be kept in English in this case. However, it is questionable whether UI language is the correct choise for the title in the first place. Content language could be a better choise for displaying the title.
