Forbid shares trade for small enterprises?

  • [ ] Pops (Ishareowners) will sell shares if starving?
  • [ ] Use banks account instead of cash reserves?

This could be a useful tool to encourage upgrades and further gameplay. i.e. not switching to Laissez-Faire too quickly otherwise it could affect the buildup of enterprises within the country?

Generally it needed for performance issue: currently pops own shares in dozen enterprises, enterprises have dozens (may be hundred) owners. Plus that would be more realistic, that JSC would have world-wide name. Better that hundreds no-name enterprises.

It could. Idea is that if enterprise isn't public JSC then only 1 owner can own and upgrade it. Maybe also government with State Capitalism. So Capitalists wouldn't touch Aristocrat's enterprise until it goes public, let say at 7th level.
