Game is not detecting FSR
I've done all the steps properly. The game does not use the FSR. I used the debug tool, and it was blank. (attached the log file)
Mine is epic games version and gpu is integrated vega 7
Am I doing smth wrong here or my gpu doesn't support FSR?
The game no-more loads DLLs from the game folder... Find another way... It's actually easy to do as I've been already able to make it work flawlessly.

Well you actually need a dll that hijacks the load of the original "d3d11.dll" by hooking LoadLibraryA.
Sorry for the bother. But would you elaborate further on that? As I said, I'm new to this so it's kind of confusing. I'd appreciate it if you explained a bit more. Thank you

I downloaded the highjackdll some im what, surpose to inject it with the launchpad app your mentioned so where can i get the launchpad

Looks like you got an old version of V, well you can just disable the fact of the mod menu injecting and just keep the hijacker dll there...
