Allow Naomi to have its own email address for sending email

I'd like Naomi to be able to use two email addresses. One for checking/reading my email and sending dictated responses, the other for sending notifications to me, and possibly receiving requests via email.

@AustinCasteel Are you working on this? I see that you changed the status to "in progress" a while back, but didn't assign yourself to it. This is basically for the email_user() function in naomi/app_utils.py, so that Naomi is sending emails from its own account rather than from the user's account. Eventually it could also be set up as a communication tool, so you could email Naomi "Naomi, please send me my shopping list" and expect to receive a return email with the list a few seconds later (depending on how often Naomi is polling that account). As of yet, nobody appears to have implemented this sort of functionality.

@aaronchantrill It was talked about being worked on long ago by someone, so once I implemented labeling, I set the status to . I wasn't working on this myself and I am not sure who said they would back when. So & sound good to me!
