C-Stick and ZR/ZL Buttons don't work with CTRPF

Describe the bug When launching a game that has CTRPF installed the C-Stick and ZR/ZL buttons do not work at all. The C-Stick and buttons do work if CTRPF is not loaded

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add CTRPF to a game, or as default.3gs
  2. Enable Plugin loader in Luma
  3. Launch the game with c-stick controls
  4. Attempt to use the C-Stick or ZR/ZL buttons

Expected behavior The C-Stick and all other buttons should still function as intended
