No "Create channel" and "Create group" buttons.

I see that in the screenshot on the README there are two buttons for creating a new {channel,group}, but I don't have those. How?

The screenshot is from an older version where these buttons were present (but not activated), this is not implemented yet. Right now I am working on secret chats once this is done I will start implementing them.
