Capture NanoVNA device screen - move Capture button to main screen

Currently the button to Capture the device screen is on the Manage --> Settings Screen

Enhancement Suggestion

Move the Capture Button (when this feature is available) onto the main screen above or below the Analysis Button:

Not really sure if we should do so. A long outstanding feature request of mine is a delta marker. And therefore space in marker data column will get scarce.

Perhaps move it into the Serial Box?
