It's a lie. **Authentication This software is perpetually free :) You can get your free API key (with unlimited requests) by creating a free account on https://app.nanonets.com/#/keys.**

This is a response from Shawn Judd, Customer Success Representative shortly. The library is not open source. These are APIs that will make a call to our OCR models. Which is not free beyond 500 pages
