Add support for importing Schematics!

What I mean by this is, make it so you can select a schematic and place where it can be. It will generate with the world, and it would be quick and simple to replace your spawn area if you don't want players falling.

Players not falling anyway. You can check your coordinates while you staying in the limbo. As written in description, i see no reason to add schemaatic buildings, thereby increasing connection time to the server. Perhaps in the future this will be added, but this is not in the priority.

I thought about this some time later. Maybe i will try to do it. Anyway i'll keep option to make limbo just a void, like now. But this will make adding new protocols for MC versions slowly.
