Cache closing update message

Describe the feature

When you close an info update message and go to an another page/reload it will appear, just copy the code from https://github.com/NamelessMC/Nameless/blob/f9518be369ce930ee968fbd958001fce4c8f44e5/custom/templates/DefaultRevamp/js/core/core.js#L99-L107

Oh well there is https://github.com/NamelessMC/Nameless/blob/f9518be369ce930ee968fbd958001fce4c8f44e5/custom/templates/DefaultRevamp/js/core/update.js#L1-L17 but it is broken/non working (i didn't ruin it with my formatting shush)
