I would swap the text/background color to make them less noticable.

As for the close issue button, I'm going to be replacing it with a drop-down menu as I will add a few more options like pinning the issue/edit etc. Haven't thought of the exact UI implementation yet, but the current one will change soon.

Yes.

I am not sure if a dropdown is necessary, the Information tab doesn't have that many buttons anyway.

Okay, I'll try out a few implementations, if it doesn't look too cluttered I'll do it without a drop-down..

I mostly want information from the about screen to be easily accessible (as I'll be adding more information regarding the issue there soon, with a slight revamp to the UI).
