How is this project even alive

Nothing has been worked on in 5 years, over 104 open issues and not even the examples work....

Too bad, really wanted to use it.

There are a lot of old codebases that still use this in production, and unfortunately even in 2025 there remain not a lot of options for STOMP support on Android. There was a very promising new library called Scarlet that was supposed to solve this problem for us, but sadly it never materialized.

well.. it actually works :D you just have to figure out how to use it. I use it in a project and except for some small issues that I fixed myself.. does the job.

OkHttp, Scarlet, and Ktor don't support STOMP out of the box (at least not yet), maybe we need to change another library called "Krossbow".

Krossbow looks very useful!
