Add install target

I would make packaging easier if there was an option to install SDLPoP into a PREFIX via -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/local.

My Flatpak manifest contains the necessary commands, which would need to be added to the CMakeLists.txt or Makefile: https://github.com/NagyD/SDLPoP/issues/172#issuecomment-403242663
