Navigation Bar not responsive

The navigation bar is not responsive on home page. I would like to work on this issue. Please assign this issue to me.

Please assign me this issue under gssoc23. I aim to create a basic HTML structure for the navigation bar. I will add CSS Styling Style to the navigation bar . I will define the appearance and layout for both mobile and larger screens. Utilize media queries to adjust the styles based on screen width. I will include a toggle functionality for the navigation links on mobile devices, I will use JavaScript. This will allow the navigation bar to expand or collapse when a user clicks on a toggle button (usually a hamburger icon).
