Hover Menu / Context Menu with gadgets not working after ajax call

I have in all 1.9 nagvis versions the problem with gadgets that the hover menu isn't working anymore after the ajax refresh.

To reproduce create an empty map and put a service as a gadget on the map. When you hover or right click you will get the hover menu. After the first refresh not anymore.

You can get the hover back when you press unlock/lock or refresh the page.

Looks like a bug.
