BUG: The 'Learn More' and 'Book Nurse' buttons are not scrolling to the sections properly in mobile screens.

What went down?

The 'Learn More' and 'Book Nurse' buttons are designed to smoothly scroll to specific sections of the page when clicked. However, on mobile screens, these buttons are not functioning as expected. They are not scrolling to the appropriate sections perfectly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the website on a mobile device or simulate a mobile screen using browser developer tools.
2. Click on the 'Learn More' button and observe the scrolling behavior.
3. It is observed that it is not scrolling to the sections perfectly.

Expected Behavior: Clicking the 'Learn More' button should smoothly scroll the page to the corresponding section.

Actual Behavior: On mobile screens, clicking the 'Learn More' button does not scroll to the intended section perfectly.
