Feat: Adding a sun/moon icon with animation for the theme switch

Describe the feature

The current theme switch component in the header uses a simple slide switch to toggle between dark and light modes. To enhance user experience, I suggest that we replace the current slide switch with an animated sun/moon icon. This will enhance the visual appearance, user experience and will provide engaging interaction with the user.

The theme switch in the header can be improved by replacing it with an animated sun/moon icon. Please assign me this issue, I am a contributor at GSSoC' 24. I would be very happy to work on it.
