The fact that its written there doesn't make it right. Besides that it ALWAYS recommends ESSB before VR. It's simply wrong.

There's noone recommending to use ESSB before VR ever. It also doesn't make any sense because it blocks 1 global during ESSB window. Therefore it's a huge damage loss.

It also doesn't recommend it when a fire inside procct and there's a new stack

Still a Problem. It also recommends Fel Rush before Immolation Aura sometimes which makes no Sense.
