This is especially useful for automatically generating API Documentation. Assigning myself, but any help is welcome.

I'd prefer to actually own the dockerhub account it gets pushed to, so it does require some effort from myself. Opening this issue anyway. Also creating a new `docker` label...

Starboard- race condition

Sometimes the starboard produces duplicate messages. I suspect this being a race condition but I am not sure.  This could probably be resolved with a lock on guild IDs.

Chat export

New feature to export chat to a simple (downloadable) HTML file. Useful for: archival purposes, moderation, whatever.

I want to add a mechanism for me as bot owner to whitelist specific servers for features not all servers should have access to. I am not quite sure yet...

When ModCore gets removed from a server, I will delete config data after a year. Will also add the option to "reset" ModCore and delete data outright.

Report messages in-server, open tickets via command, allow moderators to pick up tickets, close them, etc.
