Annual General Meeting
Undecided on the tech side of things, but as a story structure i think i will be following the example agenda provided by co-operatives uk for an agm. And in these minutes of the meeting we will reveal the characters and their group, their motives, the world they exist in, their successes and failures, and plans for the future.

It seems so as the item on the agenda "minutes from the previous AGM" will be another text which also contains the item "minutes from the previous AGM" perhaps all the way back in time to the first ever AGM.
...
Well it turns out meetings are quite boring, even fictional ones. I’ll see if I can make it next year.
