Ambiguous sentence generation

Last year I PoC'd a large scale version of Nick Montfort's 1k story generator using elision. It grabbed a random large book and picked out 50k words worth of sentences from it at random.

This wasn't very effective, and the main reason was that there was too much context in all of the sentences. Either you start with a work small enough that you keep most of the narrative, or you loose all coherence. The 1k story generators worked so well because the sentences were carefully crafted to work across the many possible story contexts that could be generated.

I'd like to try generating similar sentences and stitching them together into a longer work. My starting point will be basic templating, probably based directly off the original generators and fed with Corpora. I'm not certain what will happen after that.
