Replugged update

QOL stuff to make releasing for Replugged more streamlined, plus some fixes:

• add pnpm run release for automatically doing the version bump, tagging, and releasing.
• fix author format in manifest, with you as current maintainer at start of the list
• fix license to include your details
• fix and run linter: pnpm lint, pnpm lint:fix

Other considerations before future Replugged version updates:

• update A user#8169's author info to their current username and discord id

Then all you need to do to update on Replugged store is pnpm run release and make a post in #addon-reviews.
