FY configuration for Dashboards -> Total Spending

Our NYC Checkbook deployment appears to be configured to use a Fiscal Year of July 1 - Jun 30, but the customer's FY is actually October 1 - September 30. I believe this (mis)configuration is causing the Dashboard for Total Spending to place visualization data in the wrong FY.

Where is the FY range configurable? I reviewed the Drupal metadata table and the Drupal settings for the visualiation (e.g. widget_json), but I don't see the correct place to change the FY range.
