Build fails for relase tarballs

When trying to build the source code from a release tarball, the build fails because a header file is missing:

mv: cannot stat '/var/tmp/portage/dev-embedded/mfgtools-1.4.240/work/mfgtools-uuu_1.4.240_build/libuuu/gen/gitversion.h.tmp': No such file or directory
