[Runtime Bug]: Portal with RTX Not Launching

Describe the bug

when i launch portal with rtx from steam it says:

How do you reproduce the bug?

i just try and load the game from steam and it gives me the error

What is the expected behavior?

previously it would load fine but it started not working recently

Hi @confusedroodles - thanks for reaching out! From the crash dumps, it looks like Bandicam was also running while you attempted to launch the game, and that could be related to/causing the crash. Would you please try disabling Bandicam and launching Portal again? Let us know if it launches successfully or if you still encounter a crash. Thanks!

Thanks for the info. I uninstalled Bandicam and it now works fine. Thanks for the help.
