[Runtime Bug]: VTMB Skybox no longer culls itself properly from sky.
Describe the bug
As of Runtime 1.2 or sometime before Sky rendering is now more broken. Elements of the skybox are no longer culled from itself skybox, looking up, you can see the bottom of the skybox instead of it being culled. This did not happen in previous versions.
How do you reproduce the bug?
Load any outdoor map and look up into the sky. sm_hub_1 hw_hub_1 etc.
You should now see the bottom of the skybox rendering above the level. Prior to this, they would cull.
What is the expected behavior?
Cull the skybox from rendering itself as it did prior to whatever runtime broke it.

Hello! After further investigation, this was actually an error with the configuration of my setup! Sorry for the confusion, I'm closing this now!
It did however fix a different issue that was happening with 3d sky boxes while this particular issue was happening, so I'll most likely open a different ticket to highlight what was going on there. Thanks!
