[Runtime Bug]: 3d Skybox Reprojection Fails in Some Cases on Geometry
Describe the bug
When reprojecting the sky, randomly some brush faces and some meshes do not reproject correctly, instead remaining half transparent and showing an underlying and random vertex color.
How do you reproduce the bug?
Enable Reprojection in Vampire The Masqeurade: Bloodlines and enable Reproject Sky To Main Camera in the Sky Tuning rollout.
Explore sm_hub_1 and view the tops of buildings and some faces of buildings. The faces of buildings that are reprojected work 90% of the time, but other times are transparent and random vertex colors.

What is the expected behavior?
The runtime should reproject all skybox geo and brushwork correctly, including transparent object and opaque objects.
