[Runtime Bug]: Neural Radiance Cache seems not to maintain it's indirect lighting information.
Describe the bug
The Neural Radiance Cache seems to dump it's indirect lighting information after a few seconds, or after looking away from a portion of the scene, it never comes back.
How do you reproduce the bug?
- Go into an area in a live remix environment.
- Turn on ReStir, note the lighting environment.
- Switch to the Neural Radiance Cache
- Look away from the scene, then back.
- Note the darker lighting
- Turn ReStir back on, and note the indirect lighting return.
What is the expected behavior?
The NRC should produce similar results as the ReStir approach and maintain, them during play.

I think NRC combined with anti culling enabled breaks it.

Yes, that would be good to double check, that the geometry is not getting culled away after looking away. Otherwise it's expected to happen over some period of time.
@pkristof Confirmed that anti culling being ON breaks the NRC functionality, the indirect lighting flushes and never returns. Switching Anti Culling OFF seems to help NRC maintain and properly render indirect lighting.
ReStir does not suffer from these issues and works with Anti Culling and without Anti Culling. This is definitely a bug with NRC + Anti Culling.
Can you re-try with the latest release 1.2.4?
If it still reproes: Can you share a video showing the behavior with AC ON and OFF for both NRC and ReSTIR GI? Showing your findings What are the repro instructions for your exact scenario? Which game, share rtx.conf/setup instructions, etc.

Unfortunately I'm seeing the same behavior in 1.2.4 Is there a specific sub version of 1.2.4 I should be looking at it with?

It would be good to get a video of the behavior as well as actual repro instructions as per above.
