[Toolkit bug]: Switching away from Ingestion panel reverts Output Director to a preset.

Describe the bug

When switching away from the ingestion panel, then back, the Output Directory destination path is reverted to some kind of preset. Every time.

How do you reproduce the bug?

1. Switch to the Ingestion panel
2. Change the Output directory path.
3. Switch to any other panel.
4. Switch back to the Ingestion panel
5. Note the Output Directory, it should now read something like C:/ProjectName/ModFolder/assets/ingested

What is the expected behavior?

The toolkit should behave as it did before 1.0.0, remembering the last input Output director path.

@po-trottier not sure if it's tracked or if I should submit a second bug, but this happens with the process selector as well. Like when selecting if it's an external or current process, that also gets reset. Should I open another ticket for that?
