[Toolkit bug]: Getting consistent GPU crashes when resizing the viewport

Describe the bug
I just resized the viewport on a freshly created project and got a GPU crash, and it happens all the time.
How do you reproduce the bug?
No idea. It happens on my end only seemingly. It is intermittent but I can reproduce within 30 seconds or less by playing with the windows.
- Resize the layers/asset replacements menu or the Stage Manager window downwards
- Crash.
What is the expected behavior?
The toolkit should... not crash 🥁

The first time was a regular crash, but from now on it crashes so hard not even the Crash Reporter gets to make an appearance.

Hi @Ekozmaster. Thanks for reporting.
I was unable to reproduce on my end. Does this crash also occur when the Stage Manager (from Optional Features) is disabled? You can toggle this from the hamburger menu in the upper left-hand corner.
Also, does this crash only occur with the Caputres / Setup panel, or also with Asset Replacements and Mod Packaging panels too? Please lmk, thanks!

Thanks for looking that up. Yes, it happens with or without Stage Manager, also on Captures, Asset Replacement and Mod Packaging tabs.
I made these tests again building from TOT 691f67fdf0213bbdcc28c5070b1f41d673a347e8. Same issues.
When it crashes:
- When the viewport window gets resized by dragging the edge handles.
When it doesn't crash:
- When I navigate in the viewport, interact with objects and so on.
- In Ingestion or AI Tools tabs or where the viewport is not present.
- Switch resolution presets in the Preferences viewport button -> Viewport -> UHD/Viewport/1:1/2k/etc. It handles just fine.
- Closing the Captures/Asset replacement/mod packaging window by desselecting the tab (triggers viewport resize but works fine)
- When resizing the viewport window by dragging the edge handles while running a very low resolution (75+ fps)
Hence why I think it is related to viewport resizing. If I just leave the windows alone, it stays there forever.
My guess is, whenever there are more than 1 resize events in a single frame, it crashes. If the app runs very slow, say, 20 fps, the crash is very easy to reproduce, while running the viewport in 1:1 icon mode (512x, 75fps), I couldn't reproduce the crash.
