[Runtime Bug]: I can't open Dev menu with Alt+X
Describe the bug
Hello, I have issue for quite long time already, as I got new laptop, which is on Win 11, I noticed that I cant open dev menu with Alt+X, Only just for 2-3 times, when I was booting up game and remix version for first time. Do basically I've tried it in 2 games, and its same result - no response on keybinds. Just for the fact, both games could open dev menu before, on my old PC which was on Win 10. Im not sure if its my personal problem with bindings, but I have no idea what could bother remix to open menu. And yeah btw, green bar is appearing in the top, and game is looking like it being remixed
How do you reproduce the bug?
As it was already said, just opening any game with remix

Hello, about previous comment, I think it doesn't matter whether I use Dx compab. dll or no, its just don't work in any game I tried. I use MSI Vector VP68 laptop. But additionally gonna say that rarely I can open menu by Alt+X but only until the shutdown of game. When you open in once again, I couldn't open it. And P.s I haven't tried to open game with RTX remix in awhile, maybe something changed but for some reason I think its still gonna be issue. Will try it though. Sorry for late response @NV-LL
