Your feedback

Good time of day. I installed RTX REMIX, decided to run RemixSample, with files added there from the runtime folder, but it gives this error when running. I can't figure out what the problem is, whether it's textures or something else. Who can tell me. Thank you. The error content is at the very end of the log file. d3d9.log

Hi @GRAFMC - can you provide any other logs or dump files from a sample app crash? Especially for crashes, there should be a .DMP file in the .trex folder inside the sample app folder. We'll need more info from those logs and dumps in order to troubleshoot this. Thank you!

Thanks @Dokikimori! Were you able to find any .DMP files in the .trex folder? These are typically (though not always) generated after a crash in Remix, and in these cases they're extremely helpful in troubleshooting. Thanks!

Hey @Dokikimori - checking in to see if you were able to locate any .DMP files in the .trex folder after the game crashes. Those will be a big help in troubleshooting the issue. We'd also like to inform you of our stale ticket policy, namely that this ticket will be closed as 'went stale' if it does not receive a response in the next 2 weeks. Thanks!
