[Runtime]: Most captured textures export in the "Pixel Format" GLI1 for no reason

Describe the bug

Most textures when captured by remix export using the "Pixel Format" GLI1, which makes them unusable in ALL software, except Remix (You can't even use the PBR Generator on them in Remix). I have only observed this on Sonic Adventure DX (CD), and while I am using a mod loader, it is certainly not the cause because even without it, this still happens. Strangely, some textures do export in the pixel format "DX10", with no known cause or reason.

Attached are textures, one have the DX10 format and the other GLI1

How do you reproduce the bug?

Capture Scene Try and find broken textures by trying to use them for anything

What is the expected behavior?

The files should not be in the "Pixel Format" GLI1

@Veitaserum4 Could you please let us know which game reproduces this behavior?

Sorry for the late reply, I know of Sonic Adventure DX 2003, and someone else was having the same problem in Midtown Madness 2, there was a python script someone made in the discord server that fixes this issue, which I have since used that converts the format to DXT1
