[Toolkit bug]: AI tools not launching in latest version

Describe the bug

When selecting the AI tools tab, a message appears saying "initializing AI tools", but then nothing happens. Message goes away but the tools don't show.

Modding and ingest tabs still work when this happens.

How do you reproduce the bug?

  1. Select "AI Tools" tab
  2. See message appear
  3. See message disappear and AI tools window displays nothing

What is the expected behavior?

The toolkit should display the AI tools tab.
