What is the context of the feature/improvement?

I would like to see a feature that allows us to copy a single light onto other meshes.

Please describe the feature/improvement?

You mark a light that you've already placed, you then copy it together with its current settings, you then select another mesh in your scene and right-click and choose "paste light to mesh" or something like that. And your light will get duplicated onto the selected mesh, with the same transforms and settings.

What would be your solution? (optional)
