What is the context of the feature/improvement?

When importing 3D assets, sometimes whole scenes, it would be great with an option to set the Up axis for sublayers, .usd models or capturelayers.

Please describe the feature/improvement?

Right now we need to open the stuff in Composer, set the Up-axis there, and then re-import it into Kit. Would love the ability to do this directly in Kit.

I have no idea actually, it seems like it was closed by mistake sir. Sorry about that, and sorry for the massive delay, I'm on my way to betterment when it comes to handling and maintaining my tickets.
