Silent Hill 2: Enhanced Edition - Tabbing out of the game can cause loss of mouse functionality.

Describe the bug

• Tabbing in and out of the game can cause your mouse pointer to simply not function anymore, not in the application nor in windows itself. I originally thought this was an issue isolated to this game but talking to some other people on the remix server this issue seems to appear in many other titles as well. Mouse control can be regained by CTRL ALT DELETing. Mouse control is not always immediately lost on first time tabbing out, continue tabbing in and out over a short period and the likelyhood of the issue happening rises.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Set the game and Enhanced Edition up by following my guide - https://docs.google.com/document/d/1hayGXNlAJZWOp2ivV8otdSMP23pbXk7DL-pfLq5ZJjU
• Start the game and skip the opening cinematics
• Once standing in the bathroom begin tabbing in and out for a while

Expected behavior

• Tabbing in and out of the game functioning normally

@NV-LL Apologies for the slow reply, I broke my arm a bit back and have been out of commission. Did some testing today and it has KIND of been fixed? I can now tab in and out of the game without issue, however after having tabbed in and out and then trying to use the developer menu in remix using alt x, the mouse gets frozen in place and can no longer interact with the menu, it works okay in the game still but the menu is a no-go.
