Motion vector bugs in GTA San Andreas on modded grass

Open KCDQYaniss opened this issue 1 year ago • 1 comments

  • A clear and concise description of what the bug is : I added an asset with a mod in gta sa, then I made a mod that adds this asset on the map, then I modded the asset with remix. Moving the camera makes the grass weird, it's blurry, and seems to happen only when moving the camera in a certain direction, video of the problem : (i don't really know how to explain this so I recorded it)

video

  • Which Remix version (include branch and commit info for dxvk and bridge if not a stable build)

  • Which GPU : 3080 Desktop

  • Which GPU driver version : 546.33

  • Which game build (and whether it is from Steam/GOG/Other) : GTA San Andreas

  • NvRemixBridge.log : NvRemixBridge.log

  • d3d9.log : d3d9.log

  • gamename_d3d9.log : gta_sa_d3d9.log

  • Used rtx.conf : rtx.zip

Steps to reproduce the behavior :

  • Download this : https://www.transferxl.com/download/08jKzYBcck9wyR Install it on a clean GTA SA folder (Copy all the files in "Drop to GTA SA" folder in a clean install of GTA SA)
  • Once in game, Press F2 ➡️ teleporting ➡️ Los Santos
  • once you're teleported, you'll see that there's grass that are clearly not from the original game
  • Move your camera
  • It end up looking like that : Video (in this video, I look at the glitched area without debug view, then with debug view on "Virtual Motion Vector" then with "Screen-Space Motion Vector")
