Menu Interaction doesn't work Prototype 1

Describe the bug

• The RTX Remix Menu doesnt work in Prototype 1. When using the shortcut the menu comes up but none of the buttons are interactable. They will highlight and even show tooltips but pressing them does nothing. Hiding cursor and using arrows does the same. Tested to make sure it wasn't my PC and the interaction worked fine in Hitman: Blood Money. I was able to force it into Dev menu by copying over the RTX.conf file from blood money to Prototype and the issue is the same although it did open the dev menu this time and not the user menu due to "Always Dev" being enabled. Attempted to start the game with a controller so see if that would help as the game is a bit finky with modern OS and on Mouse and KB but the issue remained.

• The game specific log will be named gamename_d3d9.log
• Used rtx.conf rtx - Copy.txt (had to change to txt github doesn't allow .conf)
• For crashes also attach dump files: {.dmp} for CPU side crashes and {.nv-gpudmp and shaderDebugInfo folder} for GPU side crashes. Automatic GPU dumps can be enabled by setting "dxvk.enableAftermath = True" in dxvk.conf. Zip these files before uploading them. Note, the dumps may contain personally identifiable information.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Game
2. Open Menu
3. Try to click
4. Cry ;(

Expected behavior

• The Menu should be clickable

Extra: The Main Menu shows up along with other UI elements but the rendering for the game is the common black screen issue and not rendering anything.
