Error: RuntimeError: packed_rasterize_forward not built with CUDA

I have successfully implemented Kaolin according to the installation on the website: https://kaolin.readthedocs.io/en/latest/notes/installation.html and tested by import kaolin in python interpreter. However, once I run the demo there will be errors like packed_rasterize_forward not built with CUDA that packed_rasterize_forward is a function in kaolin. Can anyone help me with this error?
