d3d9.dll assertation error

Been trying to update the DXVK/Bridge runtimes and keep running into errors past build 708 related to d3d9.dll

Using this version : dxvk-remix-7f622bc-727-release.zip - I get this:

I can sort of patch it by using an older version of d3d9.dll from either 0.60 or build 708.

Where did you get the NvRemixBridge.exe in this case? The Zip specified doesn't contain it, and without that it makes the crash dump not too useful.
