Pressing keys outside of game window is captured by the in-game remix settings panel

Simple bug report: If you have a windowed game and then go outside the window, pressing ALT + X for example will open/close the remix menu. This gets even worse when you start pressing other buttons, you can accidentally change settings and then save them.

This bug happens because the Remix keyboard shortcuts stay active even when the game window is not focused, so pressing keys like ALT + X still triggers the menu. When combined with other keys, it can unintentionally modify settings and even save them without the user realizing.
