[FEA] Create demo notebook on Databricks for qualification tool usage

I wish the RAPIDS Accelerator for Apache Spark would make available a demo notebook on Databricks to showcase the usage of the qualification tool. Ideal functionality would include:

• Automatically discovering event logs from connected CPU cluster
• Running qualification tool with UI output and summary recommendations
• Display CSV output inline in the notebook
• Render UI output as HTML in the notebook
• Make notebook shareable with other Databricks users connected to cluster/account
