[FEA] Profiler UI: Profiler supports UI output to match Qualification Tool

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Implement profiling tool UI to match qualification tool UI look and feel. This will be an important feature to enable the AutoTuner UI and the dataProc Env.
